RETURN POLICY
At Bell & Mae Boutique, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to help within the guidelines below. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order or making a return.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear

Not be damaged, altered, or washed
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer.
Store Credit Policy
Approved returns will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY. Bell & Mae does NOT issue refunds to the original payment method.
Store credit:

Will be issued after the return has been received, inspected and approved

May be sent by email in the form of a gift card or credit code

Can be used toward any future purchase unless otherwise stated

Cannot be exchanged for cash
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Discounted or promotional purchases

Seasonal collections or limited-edition collections

Personalized or customized items
No exceptions will be made for final sale merchandise.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective item

An incorrect item
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Claims submitted after this time frame may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
Normal wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, or issues occurring after use are NOT considered defects.
Return Process
To begin a return:

Pack item(s) securely in original packing or any polymailer/box

Please include the packing slip that comes in your order or email me at info@bellandmaeboutique.com with your order number saying you have a return coming my way

Each customer will be responsible for their own shipping. We WILL NOT provide a shipping label

Drop your package off at your designated carrier location

Please understand and allow up to 2 weeks from the date you send it for your return to be processed and for me to reach out to you
Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees will not be credited toward store credit
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking information.

Lost Or Stolen Packages
Bell & Mae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. Please contact UPS or USPS with questions.
Refused Packages
Packages refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges.
Bell & Mae is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect customer information entered at checkout.
